Bryan: Danoje Festival has been declared by UNESCO a cultural heritage of South Korea. Many Chinese netizens have expressed their frustration at the news.
布萊恩：端午祭被聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織認(rèn)定為韓國(guó)文化遺產(chǎn)，許多中國(guó)網(wǎng)民對(duì)此感到沮喪。
Portia: Why?

Bryan: Because many traditional festivals observed in South Korea are so much alike with Chinese ones, like Seollal, Daeboreum, and Danoje Festival. Chinese people think they also have a claim on these festivals.
布萊恩：因?yàn)轫n國(guó)的許多傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日和中國(guó)的極為相似，比如春節(jié)，元宵節(jié)和端午祭，所以中國(guó)人覺得他們也擁有這些節(jié)日的所有權(quán)。
Portia: I don't see that should be any problem. These festivals are the heritage from an agrarian past, and both countries could well observe the same festivals.
鮑西亞：我不覺得這是個(gè)問題啊。傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日是過去農(nóng)耕社會(huì)遺留下來的，兩個(gè)國(guó)家都可以過一樣的節(jié)日。
Bryan: You have a point. I think both countries must have influenced each other.

Portia: Besides, the Danoje Festival is not altogether the same with the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. We can still celebrate it as we like.
鮑西亞：而且端午祭和中國(guó)的端午節(jié)也不完全一樣。我們還是可以按照自己的方式過端午節(jié)。
