3．分流
3．1 句首分流
只要看到“對于、關于、至于”放在句首，必須用分流的方法。可以用：
with regard to
in terms of (不要落入徐陽的境地呀，我們一共有五個選擇)
if we look at
on the question of
as for
e.g. 至于人民幣的完全可自由兌換，也就是說在資本市場上也自由兌換，這個按照我們預定的改革進程是要往后，需要一定的時間。
With regard to when the full convertibility of RMB can be realized, that is to say the convertibility of RMB also under the capital account, according to our set schedule, that would take some time.

即：如果關于….后面的句子短，就不用分流了，當然對于同傳來說，另當別論了，徐陽已經習慣同傳的思路，所以這家伙聽到“關于”，就要翻譯了。。。，否則他就來不及了。。。
