一、口譯技巧

1.語序調整
如果一家企業分布的地域寬廣，那么根據地理特點來設立部門也許是有效的做法。
If an enterprise covers a broad geographic area, it may be efficient to have departments based on geography. （后一句的譯法運用形式主語it，語序進行調整）

如果項目經理對完成項目有明確的目標，那么這種組織體系是富有效率的。
The system is efficient if the project manager has a clear objective in the completion of the project.

只要有利于達到企業目標，這個組織結構就是有效的。
The structure will be effective so long as it contributes to this purpose.

2.詞性轉化

動詞轉化為名詞
把一家企業的組織分成不同的部門而每一個部門由一名下級經理管理，這通常不能僅以數目多寡為基礎。
The division of the organization of an enterprise into separate departments, each under a subordinate manager, is not generally based simply on numbers.（原文中“由管理”運用動詞轉化為介詞的技巧）

項目經理要對該項目負責并行使權力，其屬下的人員將從各職能部門調派。
The project manager has the responsibility and authority for a given project, and subordinates are assigned to this manager from functional departments.

動詞轉化為介詞
為了節省和方便管控，常常把一些專項活動如采購、會計和數據分析等交給服務部門處理，由參謀部門提出建議，協調管理關系。
For the sake of cost and convenience, specialized activities such as purchasing, accounting and data processing are placed in service department, with proposal from staff department for management coordination.

3.省略
在大多數情況下這個組織必須能夠反映企業的各項功能，如企業的工程、生產、營銷、營業和財務等。
In most cases, the organization reflects the functions of the enterprises such as engineering, production, marketing, operations, and finance. （省略重復的詞語）

矩陣組織是一個靈活的組織，它會隨著項目的結束而解散。
Matrix organization is flexible in that a project ceases to exist when it is completed. （省略重復的詞語）

在某些結構復雜的現代企業中，或許還設有專門的顧問部門，負責協調管理，但無權直接管理各下級部門。
In a complex modern enterprise, there may also be specialized advisory departments which have responsibilities for assisting management but which lack authority over lower levels.（省略動詞）
