一、聽力的培養

聽力的培養是理解和口譯輸出的基礎，是口譯的核心基本功。聽，就是要熟悉某種語言的習 慣，而習慣的形成并非一朝一夕所致。因此，譯員必須持之以恒，堅持每天聽，并通過聽來有意識地培養自己的語言能力。
1、目的：培養用英語思維的習慣，口譯時對原語進行迅速、準確地翻譯
2、方法：精聽和泛聽相結合 精聽：常見的話題材料（如中美關系、艾滋病），對材料進行整體把握 泛聽：加強材料內容的廣泛性，了解語言形式的多樣性
3、要求：
1）精聽：材料不宜過長，先整個聽，后分部份聽，最后復述 先不看原文聽2-3遍，再看原文聽一遍（查出重要生詞），最后再脫離原 文聽2-3遍并用自己的話進行復述 （與短期記憶能力培養相結合）
2）泛聽：邊聽、邊跟讀（shadowing）、邊寫數字（例如1-100）與培養注意力分配相結合
3）每天爭取1-2小時的聽力練習
4、示范：麻省理工學院出版社介紹 （英譯漢）（先泛聽、再精聽）※ 口譯練習：外交部新聞發布會（英漢互譯對話） 版權介紹 （漢譯英） 麻省理工學院出版社（英譯漢）

三、口譯技巧

1、 拆分

The speech made by the Chinese delegation at the general debate at the UNGA / called for all parties to make common efforts / in maintaining the world peace.
中國代表團在聯合國大會上發言，呼吁各國共同努力，維護世界和平。

For what purpose and to what extent will China attend the conference?
中國參加此次會議的目標是什么？將參與到何種程度？

2、 省略

中國代表團參加千年大會的主要任務是：

3、 合并
