二是更深入地了解了中方務(wù)實合作各項舉措的實施情況，推動了中非合作論壇第四次部長級會議新舉措的落實。訪問期間中國政府相關(guān)機構(gòu)和企業(yè)與三國分別簽署了多個經(jīng)貿(mào)合作協(xié)議，推進了一批雙方關(guān)注的重點項目。
Secondly, we got more deeply information about the fulfillment of Chinese measures on pragmatic cooperation and promote the implementation of new measures proposed in the 4th Ministerial Conference of FOCAC. During the visit, relevant institutions of the Chinese government and enterprises signed quite a number of trade and economic cooperation agreements with the three countries and pushed forward a batch of key projects of common concern.

三是圍繞新形勢下如何進一步開展雙邊務(wù)實合作進行了深入調(diào)研，通過實地考察在建的重大項目、走訪不同檔次的當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鲆约芭c中資企業(yè)交流，獲得了許多切合實際的意見和建議。
Thirdly, we made in-depth investigation into how to further develop bilateral pragmatic cooperation under the new situation and acquired many pragmatic suggestions by field inspections in ongoing projects and local markets and talks with Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa.

四是通過正式會談會見、接受記者采訪、召開媒體座談會等方式，耐心細(xì)致介紹我對非經(jīng)貿(mào)政策和對有關(guān)熱點問題的立場，增進了非洲國家和國際社會對中國對非政策的理解和支持。
Fourthly, we carefully and patiently introduced China’s measures on trade and economy with Africa and standpoints on some hot issues by means of official meetings, interviews and media symposium, which further enhanced the understanding and support of African countries and international society in China’s relevant measures.

記者：中國和非洲國家同屬發(fā)展中國家，當(dāng)前雙方共同利益和相互需求明顯增多，您對進一步鞏固和深化與非洲國家之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系有何設(shè)想？
Reporter: China and the three African countries are developing countries. At present, their common interests and mutual demands are on the increase. How, do you think, to further consolidate and deepen the trade and economic cooperation with African countries?

陳德銘：當(dāng)前，全球政治經(jīng)濟格局發(fā)生了深刻調(diào)整，中非雙方共同利益和相互需求明顯增多。非洲大部分國家處在城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化初期，不僅希望發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易，還希望在技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、減貧、農(nóng)業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面獲得更多的外部支持和幫助。不管世界風(fēng)云如何變幻，中國政府將繼續(xù)本著平等相待、講求實效、互惠互利、共同發(fā)展的原則，不斷深化中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，力爭使中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作在互利共贏的新起點上實現(xiàn)新跨越。
Chen Deming: Currently, the global political and economic pattern has adjusted profoundly. The common interests and mutual demands between China and Africa are on the increase. Most of African countries, whose urbanization and industrialization are at an early stage, hope to not only develop foreign trade but also gain more outside support and help in technical transfer, poverty alleviation, agriculture, and infrastructure construction. No matter what changes may take place in the world, the Chinese government will continue deepening China-Africa trade and economic cooperation and striving to realize new leap at the new start point with the principles of fairness, effectiveness, mutual benefit and common development.

第一，擴大貿(mào)易規(guī)模，促進平衡發(fā)展。積極推進貿(mào)易自由化和便利化，為雙方企業(yè)提供更為便利的貿(mào)易環(huán)境。中國將鼓勵有實力的企業(yè)到非洲建設(shè)物流中心，拓寬中國對非出口的主渠道，促進名優(yōu)商品的對非出口。中方還將繼續(xù)擴大從非洲進口高附加值商品，積極支持非洲提高產(chǎn)品加工和出口能力，促進中非貿(mào)易平衡發(fā)展。此外，將探索新途徑新方式，推動中非服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展。
Firstly, expand trade and promote the balanced development. China will actively push forward the liberalization and facilitation of trade so as to provide more convenient trade environment for enterprises of the two sides. Besides, China will encourage domestic powerful enterprises to set up logistics center in Africa, open its export wider to Africa and increase its export of great commodities to Africa. China will continue importing more commodities with high added-value from Africa, positively support African improvement of product processing and export, and promote the balanced development of bilateral trade. In addition, China will discover new methods to promote the development of China-Africa service trade.
