Jane,yesterday I got a call from the local police station to pick up Biggi.She seems to have had her purse and passport stolen.
珍，昨天我接到當地警察局的電話，叫我去接比琪，她好像錢包和護照被偷了。
Poor Biggi.She's the German student in your class.

Oh,that Biggi?Really?She had her purse and passport stolen?
喔，那個比琪啊？真的嗎？她的錢包和護照被偷了？
Yes,so I went to the police station to pick her up.She told me what happened to her.She told me that she realised a fastener on her bag was open at Embankment Station.
是的，所以我去警察局接她。她告訴我發生了什么事，她說她在“堤防站”發現包包的拉鏈是開著的。

然后呢？
She thought that was a bit strange,as she was sure she'd closed the fastener when she left a souvenir shop.
她覺得有點奇怪，因為她很確定，她在離開紀念品店的時候有把拉鏈拉好。
So she searched her bag and found that her purse and passport were gone.
所以她就翻了一下包包，結果發現錢包和護照不見了。
She rushed back to the shop but they said nothing was there.She also looked around outside the shop,but again,couldn't find them.
她沖回那家店，但是他們說沒看到任何東西，她還在那家店外面找了半天，但是一樣沒找到。
Did she have a lot of money in her purse?
她錢包里面有放很多錢嗎？
Not so much cash.But you know,credit cards and ID and so on...
現金不是很多，但是你知道的，有信用卡，身份證件之類的...
Oh,poor Biggi.Has she reported it to the German Embassy?
喔，可憐的比琪。她向德國大使館報告這件事了嗎？
Yes,she has.
有，報告了。
So all she can do now is just wait for her passport to be reissued...oh,poor Biggi.
所以她現在也只能等著護照重發了...喔，可憐的比琪。
