這道題目要求考生展開一個社會問題進行論述，包括問題是什么、產生的原因、對我們生活的影響和怎樣解決這個問題等四個方面。我們的社會問題是多方面的，在第一道題目已經進行了分析，如環境問題、人口問題、教育問題、道德問題。考生可以任選，只是需要注意的是一定要回答全面。

Candidate 1: Facing with the housing problem, most people believe that, for their limited income, it is beyond their consideration, but other people consider it differently. They claim that, in spite of the high consumption of housing, it also indicates economy's continuous development in our country.

But what causes so many people to complain about housing problem? Reasons are listed as following. To begin with, it is largely due to the real estate company's engaging in land speculation greatly. Moreover, now people in growing numbers are beginning to realize the importance of pre-consuming. They can get loans from the banks to afford houses. And later they have to pay back gradually. What they have done stimulates the estate business into the fierce competition and results in increasing prices of houses.

From what has been discussed above, I, along with most people, think that government should place the emphasis on the housing problems, and positively exercise macro-control over it. Only by doing this can housing problems be eased and only through government's effective supervision do many people have chances to consider it in a new way according to their own abilities.

Candidate 2: It was a serious problem, and everyone knows that not only China but also the whole world is suffering from more and more traffic problems. There are millions of people hurting or even dying in the traffic accident every year.

Some people are not so careful when they drive on the road, while others drink too much and there are more and more private cars in the world. Traffic problem becomes the biggest concern of many countries in the world, because of not only the environmental pollution caused by the gas and noise, but also the safety issue it takes to people.

At first, the transport polices must work very hard to stop the driver who drinks too much. Secondly, a government should encourage the use of public transport and limit the ownership of private cars, which can make the road not so busy to reduce traffic problems. It may take a lot of time to slove this problem, but I think we can settle it.
