The job market has changed and our approach to finding work must change as well.
工作市場變化了，我們擇業的方法也要隨之變化。
Years ago, people had one or two jobs in their working life.
很多年前，人們在他們的工作生活中有一份或兩份工作。
They were hired by a company and stayed there for years.

Today, five years in a job is a long time and some people even change jobs every two years.

This makes the job market very tough to get into

and therefore good exam grades in school alone do not make an applicant stand out from the crowd.
