Good morning, everybody! Today I'm going to share with you what we can do to deal with our unhappiness, depression and stress. When you are feeling unhappy or forget how great you are, there are many ways to make you feel good about yourself. Here are some simple suggestions:

First, look in the mirror and say to yourself, "I'm a special person and there's no one in the world like me. I can do anything." It may not sound so good, but it really works!
首先,看著鏡子里的自己說:“我是一個特別的人,世界上沒有另一個與我一樣的人。我什么都能做到。”這聽起來可能不太好,但是確實有效!
Second, do something nice for someone. Helping others always makes people feel good.
第二,為他人做些好事。幫助他人總是令人感覺良好。
Third, learn something new! Have you always wanted to decorate your own room or learn how to swim? Go for it! New challenges are fun and give you a sense of accomplishment when you have finished.
第三,學習新東西!你是不是一直想裝飾自己的房間或者學習游泳?那就去吧!新的挑戰很有趣,而且完成之后還會給你帶來成就感。
Fourth, stay with your family. We all need family time. Building connections with family members can lift your spirits effectively.
第四,和家人待在一起。我們都需要花時間和家人相處。與家人建立聯系可以有效地振奮精神。
The last and simplest suggestion: Smile! Listen to what Lord Byron once said, "Always laugh when you can, it is cheap medicine."
最后也是最簡單的建議:微笑!聽聽拜倫勛爵曾經說過的良言吧:“當笑則笑,笑是廉價的良藥。”
Look for the good things in your life; you'll see how wonderful it can be.
