龜仙人：那你為什么不開心呢？
Po: I probably sucked more today than anyone in the history of kung fu, in the history of China, in the history of sucking!
阿波：我可能是功夫史上最爛的，中國史上最爛的，爛人史上也是最爛的！
Master Oogway: Probably.
龜仙人：可能吧。
Po: And the Five! Man, you should've seen them! They totally hate me.
阿波：看看“勇猛五杰”！他們對我恨之入骨啊！
Master Oogway: Totally.
龜仙人：一點不假。
Po: How is Shifu ever going to turn me into the Dragon Warrior? I mean, I'm not like the Five. I've got no claws, no wings, no venom. Even Mantis has those ... thingies. Maybe I should just quit and go back to make noodles.
阿波：大師傅怎么可能把我變成“龍武士”啊？我一點也不像“五杰”。我沒爪子，沒翅膀，也沒毒牙，就連螳螂，也有那些……鐮刀。唉，或許我就該一走了之，回家煮面。
Master Oogway: Quit, don't quit. Noodles, don't noodles. You are too concerned with what was and what will be. There's a saying: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.
龜仙人：走？別走！面條？不要面條！你太在意過去是怎樣，將來會怎樣。有句諺語說得好：昨天已是歷史，明天是秘密，但是今天是一個禮物，這就是為什么要把它叫做“present”（禮物，現在）。
