Lily Learns about China!
莉莉了解中國！
I'm Lily.
我叫莉莉。
My family has lived in Canada for six years.
我們家在加拿大生活了六年。
I am a good student in school.
在學校里，我是一名好學生。
I'm good at maths and science,

but my favourite subject is social studies.
但是我最喜歡的科目是社會學。
It's so interesting!

We learn about different countries of the world.

Recently, my class has learned about China.

Our teacher once worked in southern China.

He showed us some pictures of different places in China.

They are so beautiful.

I also learned about Chinese culture and festivals.

I like Children's Day best.

We have Mother's Day and Father's Day here but no Children's Day.

I think so.

Now I want to travel to China.

I love being a tourist and seeing new things!

A few days ago,

our teacher took us to a Chinese grocery store and a Chinese restaurant.
我們老師帶我們去了一家中國雜貨店和一家中餐館。
The grocery store had many traditional foods,
雜貨店有許多的傳統食物，
but I didn't know any of them.
但是我什么都不認識。
The Chinese restaurant was great!
中餐館很棒！
I love Chinese food.
我喜歡中國食物。
There are many Chinese restaurants in our city.
在我們的城市里有許多的中餐館。
The name of my favourite restaurant is Beijing Peking House.
我最喜歡的餐館的名字是北京京劇院。
That's a funny name!
真是個好笑的名字！
I would like to learn more about China in the future.
我想以后了解更多中國的東西。
