The company's got cashflow difficulties at present - the problem lies with our larger customers. They've been delaying payments and we are in danger of going into the red. I'm negotiating with these clients to find a solution. If I don't succeed, we may not be able to pay our own bills!

I'm responsible for making sure that our stock levels are sufficient to meet orders. Customers don't want to know about staff or technical problems - they want their goods on time. Sometimes I have to persuade staff to do overtime or hire extra machines to meet deadlines. Anything to make sure our customers get their orders.
