'You'd better take that cat out of here, Hermione,' said Ron furiously; he was sitting on Harry's bed nursing his toe.

Scabbers was huddled in Ron's hands.

But Harry, remembering what the woman at the Magical Menagerie had said about rats only living three years,

couldn't help feeling that unless Scabbers had powers he had never revealed, he was reaching the end of his life.
因此不禁覺得除非斑斑具有它從來沒有顯示過的神力，它可是在接近它生命的末日。
And despite Ron's frequent complaints that Scabbers was both boring and useless, he was sure Ron would be very miserable if Scabbers died.
盡管羅恩一直抱怨說斑斑既討厭又沒用，哈利還是可以肯定，要是斑斑死了，羅恩會非常難過的。
Christmas spirit was definitely thin on the ground in the Gryffindor common room that morning.

羅恩則對于克魯克山又想吃斑斑氣得不得了。
