阿寶：師父怎么能把我變成神龍武士呢？
Pol: I mean, I’m not like the five.
阿寶：我是說，我跟霹靂五俠可不一樣。
Pol: I’ve got no claws, no wings, no venom.
阿寶：我沒有爪子，沒有翅膀，沒有毒液。
Pol: Even Mantis has those… thingies.
阿寶：甚至連螳螂都有那些……東西

Pol: Maybe I should just quit and go back to making noodles.
阿寶：也許我應該放棄，回去做面條。
Oogway: Quit, don’t quit, noodles, don’t noodles.
烏龜；放棄，不放棄，做面條，不做面條。
Oogway: You’re too concerned with what was and what will be.
烏龜；你過于擔心過去和將來的事兒了。
Oogway: There’s a saying: yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift.
烏龜；有句古話說：昨天已成歷史，明天仍是個謎團，但是今天是一份禮物。
Oogway: That is why it is called the present.
烏龜：所以才把“現在”叫做“禮物”。
