While talking with Buzzfeed, Democratic senator Jeff Merkley said he thinks Russia has compromising information on Donald Trump.

The Oregon politician cited the information as "something like" the alleged "pee tape" of Trump with prostitutes in Russia in 2013, as alleged in the dossier by former British intelligence official Christopher Steele.

Merkley, who sits on the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, said, "It's a standard strategy of Russia when people visit there who are important to try to get compromising information on them, to set them up with hookers, to tape everything that goes on in their room."
