The best way to do it is through actions, and that means the most 'cause you can say it until you're blue in the face, but you've gotta show it.

Bring flowers to her or him.

You have to kinda feel the connection. If you're in a relationship, wait it out. Don't go right away saying, "By the way, I love you."

Be transparent and tell them that... what you love about them.

You say that "you're really funny, I like your eyes, that you're really cute, I like your personality."

Simple. Look at them and say, "I love you."

Go up to them and say it. Be genuine, be sincere.

Look into their eyes, I guess, and then say you love them. Don't just like, kinda say, "I love you. Bye. Okay, see ya."

It's natural. When you feel it, you'll say it.
很自然。你感受到的時候，就說出來。
If you love them, actually, then just tell them you love them and just be like, "Hey, I love you a lot. Like..."
如果你愛他們，那你就告訴他們你愛他們，你可以說：“嘿，我非常愛你，就像這樣……”
