The discipline is going down the drain and I want them to make the most of it.

Our philosophy is that struggle is not a sign of weakness.

That means you don't give up. You keep trying.

so I for one have a lot of confidence in these people.

and I started to get a glimpse about the hard work and dedication that they've put into this experiment.

I think that is just such an amazing experience for the kids.
