Bomb Explodes in Bangkok
曼谷爆炸
A bomb exploded in Bangkok on Monday, killing at least 18 people and injuring dozens more. The bomb detonated near the Erawan Shrine, a famous Hindu temple in Thailand’s capital. The shrine is popular with Chinese tourists who go there to ask for good fortune. The tourist district, which has been compared to New York City’s Times Square, has many shopping centres and hotels. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
