A multi-billion-dollar trading link has launched between the Chinese cities of Shanghai and Hong Kong.
上海和香港之間兩地證券市場的成功連通標志著數(shù)十億美元的滬港通正式啟動。
The link-up, called the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, will give international investors more access to companies in the world’s second largest economy, and will see billions of dollars in daily cross-border transactions.

It has been described by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as a "milestone," in China’s market reforms.
