I now believe that God desires for every father to courageously step up and do whatever it takes to be involved in the lives of his children.But more than just being there or providing for them,he's to walk with them through their lives and be a visual representation of the character of God,their father in heaven.A father should love his children and seek to win their hearts.He should protect them,discipline them and teach them about God.He should model how to talk with integrity and treat others with respect,and should call out his children to become responsible men and women who live their lives for what matters in eternity.
現在我相信上帝希望我們每一位父親，都能勇敢地站起來，盡自己所能地參與到孩子們的生活中去，但是除了呆在他們身邊，供養他們以外，父親更應陪伴孩子一生，以身作則地印證上帝的存在，印證天父的存在，一個父親必須愛自己的孩子，并獲得他們的信任，應該保護他們，訓誡他們，教他們了解上帝，教他們堅守正直的品質，尊重他人，教導他們成為有責任心的成年人，教他們什么是永生。
