Safety of food is a basic requirement of food quality, which directly influences our health and life safety.Second, from the perspective of economic development, controlling food quality makes economic sense. The value of world food trade is increasing every year, thanks to the development of science andtechnology. Scientific development also allows a better understanding of the nutritional qualities of food and its health implications.This has led consumers to become more discriminating in food matters and to demand protection from inferior quality and unsafe food. Therefore, food safety control is necessary and important in building up consumers’trust and confidence, thus benefiting the economy.
