Is a Good Preparation Helpful for a Job Interview?
好的面前準(zhǔn)備將對(duì)面試有益嗎？
Employment in China is getting more and more competitive these years. This is especially true as far as the college graduates are concerned. The financial crisis that started last year has made the situation evenworse. In this context, a good preparation will be definitely helpful for one to succeed in a job interview. A good preparation helps greatly with a job interview.
近些年，中國(guó)的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益顯著。這對(duì)于大學(xué)畢業(yè)生尤為明顯。去年開(kāi)始的金融危機(jī)使這一情況更加嚴(yán)重。在這樣的情況下，十足的準(zhǔn)備一定對(duì)面試有益。準(zhǔn)備將大大增加面試的成功率。
In the first place, an interviewee should be properly dressed and appear neat and tidy. Such appearance will surely impress the interviewer in a positive way, since it suggests organization and dignity. A more important preparation might be a sound knowledge of one’s target position. The more you understand the position, the better you are likely to fulfill your duties as required, which is perhaps the employer’s greatest concern. Therefore, before going for a job interview, an interviewee is advised to know as much about the position as possible. In doing so, preliminary ideas could be formed as to whether you are the right person to fill the shoes.
首先，面試者應(yīng)該著裝得體，干凈整潔。這樣的形象將會(huì)為面試人留下好印象，因?yàn)檫@就意味著尊重和規(guī)矩。充分準(zhǔn)備將會(huì)對(duì)面試者所應(yīng)聘的職位有益。你對(duì)此崗位知道的越多，你將更有可能履行好自己的責(zé)任，這就是雇主最關(guān)注的。所以，在面試之前，我們建議面試者盡可能多地了解自己的崗位。只有這樣做，人們才會(huì)對(duì)你是否能夠勝任這份工作有一個(gè)提前的認(rèn)知。
Last but not least, it is absolutely necessary to study the skills for self-advertising. More often than not, people who are talented for the job may not necessarily possess equal talent to make their talents known. The employer would be most likely to assume that a person with good skills for self-advertising could be equally capable of advertising for his products. From the above reasoning, we could conclude that a good preparation will definitely increase the chance of success in a job interview.
最后，面試者也必須學(xué)會(huì)自我宣傳的技能。有時(shí)，擁有才華的面試者不一定能夠把自己的才能充分展現(xiàn)在雇主的眼前。許多雇主認(rèn)為能夠自我宣傳的雇員也能夠宣傳好他們的產(chǎn)品。從上述我們可以得出，良好的面前準(zhǔn)備將大大增加成功的幾率。
