The high-profile case of Yu Huaying, a 60-year-old woman who was found guilty of child trafficking and abduction, is set for a retrial at the Guizhou High People's Court on Thursday morning at 9:30 am. Victims including Yang Niuhua and their relatives will be present in court for the proceedings.
今天（19日）上午9時30分，備受關注的余華英拐賣兒童案將在貴州省高級人民法院重審二審開庭。據了解，楊妞花等被害人及家屬將到庭參加訴訟。
The Guiyang Intermediate People's Court on Oct 25 pronounced death sentence to Yu after a retrial in Guizhou province. The Guiyang court, while announcing the conviction and death sentence to the accused, also stripped of her political rights for life and ordered that all her personal assets be confiscated.
10月25日，貴州省貴陽市中級人民法院在重審后宣布判處余某死刑。貴陽法院在宣布被告人的定罪和死刑判決的同時，還剝奪了她的終身政治權利，并下令沒收她的所有個人財產。
Yang Niuhua released a video on Dec 10 stating that her sole objective is to uphold the original ruling and maintain Yu's death penalty.
12月10日，楊妞花發視頻表示，“這次我沒有做任何準備，也沒有做任何打算，我只有一個目的，希望能維持原判，維持死刑。”
