More young people are being diagnosed with stomach cancer. Early-stage stomach cancer can be effectively treated through surgical removal, but the five-year survival rate drops to just six percent for late-stage cases of the disease. Professor Li Yuanfang from Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center advises young individuals to prioritize their health and not underestimate the significance of healthy habits.
越來越多的年輕人被診斷出患有胃癌。早期胃癌通過手術(shù)切除,五年生存率可以達(dá)到90%以上,而晚期胃癌五年生存率最低只有6%,“希望年輕的朋友要更重視這些問題,千萬不要覺得自己年輕,就認(rèn)為癌癥離自己還很遠(yuǎn)。”
Data indicates that approximately 1.2 million new cases of stomach cancer are diagnosed annually worldwide, with China accounting for approximately forty percent. Most early-stage stomach cancer patients are asymptomatic. Prevention involves prioritizing daily health management, reducing alcohol consumption, and avoiding hot or pickled foods.
