The China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 24 announced new measures aimed at guiding mergers and acquisitions among listed companies, and soliciting public opinion on a guideline about market value management practices.
證監會9月24日發布《關于深化上市公司并購重組市場改革的意見》，并就《上市公司監管指引第10號——市值管理（征求意見稿）》公開征求意見。
We will deepen structural reform in the financial sector, modernize the central bank system, and strengthen and refine modern financial regulation. We will reinforce the systems that safeguard financial stability, place all types of financial activities under regulation according to the law, and ensure no systemic risks arise.
深化金融體制改革，建設現代中央銀行制度，加強和完善現代金融監管，強化金融穩定保障體系，依法將各類金融活動全部納入監管，守住不發生系統性風險底線。
