The National Healthcare Security Administration on Monday has initiated a special investigation into Wuxi Hongqiao Hospital in Jiangsu province in response to recent online allegations of insurance fraud at the hospital.
針對近期網上舉報的無錫虹橋醫院涉嫌欺詐騙保問題，國家醫保局派出飛行檢查組，于周一上午進駐該院開展專項飛行檢查。
The hospital's medical insurance service agreement has been terminated in accordance with regulations. The local public security department has opened a case for investigation, leading to the detention of several individuals at the hospital.
目前，無錫市醫保局根據協議管理規定，已經作出與無錫虹橋醫院解除醫保服務協議的處理；當地公安機關已立案偵查，醫院有關人員已被控制，后續將依法嚴肅處理。
A doctor surnamed Zhu from the Radiology Imaging Department at the hospital has raised concerns about a suspicious situation. Since last year, the hospital's system has been recording medical records for patients who apparently never underwent any imaging tests in his department. Strangely, these files are indicating "diagnoses based on imaging."
江蘇省無錫虹橋醫院放射影像科朱醫生實名反映，從去年開始，醫院系統內出現了一些根本沒在他們科室做過影像檢查的患者病歷，病歷記錄里卻有“根據影像做出的診斷”。
What's peculiar is that all these records were approved by a doctor surnamed Chen from the hospital's health check-up center, who lacks the authorization to operate the CT or MRI machines in Radiology. Zhu suspects foul play, suggesting that the hospital could be fabricating medical records to defraud the medical insurance system.
這些病歷全都由醫院體檢中心陳醫生完成，而這名醫生并沒有操作放射影像科CT、核磁共振儀的權限。因此朱醫生懷疑醫院涉嫌偽造病歷，騙取醫療保險。
