When you feel that nagging desire to dictate other people's behavior, this will inevitably blow up in your face and make youun happy.

Even if you can control someone in the short term,it usually requires pressure in the form of force or fear, and treating peoplethis way won't leave you feeling good about yourself.
即使你能階段性地控制別人,通常需要武力或是恐懼的壓力。以這種方式對待別人不會讓你對自己感覺良好。
