Even our device makers know that we use them too much, which is why they have built-in functions like Do Not Disturb （iOS）or Silent mode （Android）.

連手機(jī)廠商們都知道我們過度使用手機(jī)，他們也因此設(shè)計了“免打擾”（蘋果操作系統(tǒng)）和“靜音”（安卓系統(tǒng)）模式。

Those allow you to designate certain VIP contacts who can reach you at all times, but silencese mails, texts and other communications from anyone else.

這些功能能讓一些VIP客戶無論何時都能聯(lián)系上你，讓郵件、短信和其他人的來電靜音。

Both can be automated so that they are time-based or location-based, or can be switched on or off adhoc if you want a few minutes of rest.
