He informed the store’s manager. and received a free meal for his trouble.

#4 Tony Hill of Baltimore visited his local Popeye’s Chicken and picked up a 3 piece meal in september of 2003. While eating his chicken, he discovered something a little bit extra, A deep fried mouse that had fallen into the fryer. Unknown to Hill, the Popeye's location he had visited had previously been closed twice due to health violations. Popeye’s declined to comment on the incident, and the restaurant remains open.

#3 Briana Ralston was half way through a gordita from taco bell when she noticed an unexpected red sauce in her food. After closer inspection,she realized it wasn’t sauce at all but instead blood. Ralston contacted the store where the order was made and was informed the blood was from an employee who had cut their finger. Ralston contacted the local health department and her lawyer, who eventually filed a law suit against the company.

When she got home she served up the meal to her children, but realized one of the wings looked different than the others. On closer inspection, to her disgust she realized what it was, a fully battered,intact,deep fried chicken head. Ortega contacted the restaurant who offered her a refund, or another box of wings which she declined.

#1 David Scheiding was given an extra slice of meat when ordered a chicken sandwich from Arby’s. Scheiding bit into the sandwich and found a piece of human flesh almost an inch long. He called the local health investigators who spoke to the restaurant manager that admitted he had sliced his thumb while shredding lettuce.Scheiding went on to sue the restaurant for $50,000.
