Since May 1,1991 Regulations issued by the Beijing municipality began to be enforced.
自1991年5月1日起開始執行北京市頒發的規定。
They stipulate that on the first, 11th and 21st day of each month and on important national festivals (such as New Year's Day,Spring Festival,International Labor Day,the founding day of the Party, Army Day and National Day),flag-raising and flag-lowering ceremonies are to be held and the national anthem be played by the military band.
他們規定,每月的1日,11日21天,和重要的節日(如元旦、春節、國際勞動節、建黨節,建軍節和國慶日),舉行升旗和降旗儀式,軍樂隊奏國歌。
On other days,ceremonies shall also take place and a recording of the national anthem is to be payed.
在其他的日子里,儀式也舉行和播放錄好的國歌。
Since then,the flag-raising and flag-lowering ceremony has become a favorite event for both domestic and foreign tourists.
從那時起,參加升旗和降旗儀式已經成為國內外游客喜愛的活動。
