Chinese home prices down again in March
三月份房產價格繼續下跌
New data shows that China's real estate market is still shrinking, with new house prices for March registering month-on-month declines in most of the surveyed cities.

Figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics shows that new house prices prices fell in 50 of 70 large and medium-sized cities. And prices in each of the 70 surveyed cities dropped compared to same time last year, with the sharpest decline registered at 11.2%. However, new house prices did stay the same in eight cities, including Shanghai and Haikou, while 12 cities -- including the capital Beijing -- actuallysaw an increase.
國家統計局發布的數據顯示，在受調查的70個大中型城市，50個城市的新建房屋價格下跌。與去年同期相比，所有70個受調查城市的房價均出現下降，下跌幅度最大的為11.2%。然而，在八座城市，新房價格保持不變，包括上海和海口。而在12個城市房價則出現上漲，包括首都北京。
Meanwhile, for existing houses, 48 cities saw price declines, 12 cities posted gains, and 10 were unchanged. Existing house prices, in 69 of the 70 cities, dropped year-on-year, with the sharpest decline registered at 13.5%. The only increase was 0.4 percent.
與此同時，48座城市二手房價格下跌，12個城市上漲，10個城市保持不變。70個受調查城市中69個城市的二手房價格與去年同期相比出現下降，最大下跌幅度為13.5%。唯一一個價格出現上漲的城市上漲幅度僅為0.4%。
