Lucy: My dear, it's five flights up!
露西：親愛的，要爬上五段樓梯呀！
Mark: That's all right. We'll get used to it. Besides, it is quiet up there. We're little further away from the street and traffic noise and there's no one living over us.
馬克：沒關(guān)系，我們會(huì)適應(yīng)的。此外高處很安靜，我們遠(yuǎn)離街道，聽不到交通噪音，上邊還沒有人居住。
Lucy: Is the place well-furnished?
露西：房子裝修得好嗎？
Mark: Yes, it's pretty bright in there and big enough for our children to play.
馬克：是的，明亮寬敞，孩子們可以在里面玩。
Lucy: What about the kitchen?
露西：廚房呢？
Mark: The stove and refrigerator are in good working order, and I don't see any loose electric wiring that could cause fires.
馬克：爐灶和冰箱不錯(cuò)，沒有見到松動(dòng)、容易引起火災(zāi)的導(dǎo)線。
Lucy: Are the plumbing all right?
露西：管道好嗎？
Mark: The plumbing seems OK, too. The toilet flushes and the shower have hot and cold water, and the sinks don't seem to leak.
馬克：好像不錯(cuò)。廁所沖水方便，淋浴有熱水冷水供應(yīng)，水槽好像不漏水。
Lucy: The place is OK. Let's go there and have a look at it again.
露西：地方不錯(cuò)，咱們?cè)偃タ纯窗桑?/p>
