Man: Hi, there. My wife and I are here to see some of the new units. Isn't that right, honey? So what do you think, sweetheart?
男：你好！我夫人和我想來看看一些新單元，是不是啊！親愛的，你覺得怎么樣啊，甜心！
Woman A: Hm, it's fine. But I think the place on 52nd better.
女甲：嗯！還好。但我覺得52街的那間更好一些。
Man: 52nd that's awful close to your mother.
男：52街，離你母親家很近啊。
Woman A: No, no, no, we're not talking about my mother.
女甲：不不不，我們不談我媽的事。
Man: Well, I...look, it doesn't matter to me, I mean, I love being near your mother. I love your mother.
男：我倒是沒關(guān)系啊。我喜歡住得離你媽近一些，我很愛你母親。
Woman A: So why don't you tell us something about your little building?
女甲：你何不跟我們介紹一下，這棟大廈的情況。
Woman B: Well, I think you'll find that not only are the amenities top quality, so are the tenants.

Man: That's good to hear. Yeah, 'cause we're not just looking at buying square footage, but really put down some roots.

Woman B: Well, that is such the right way to look at it.
女乙：這里正是安家的明智選擇。
Woman A: Is it?
女甲：是嗎？
Woman B: Yes, and I think you'll also find that the people who've bought here, they're like you. They're young, ambitious. Is there a problem? Any other questions I can answer?
女乙：是啊！你們還會發(fā)現(xiàn)入住的住戶，他們跟你們很像——年輕，上進(jìn)。有什么問題嗎？有什么疑問我能回答的嗎？
Man: I'm sorry. My wife here...my beautiful wife is just...gets a little paranoid sometimes, you know? You wouldn't believe how long it took her to just go out with me in the first place.
男：對不起，我老婆……我美麗的老婆有的時候會有點多疑。你懂嗎？你都不會相信，我花了多長時間才讓她答應(yīng)跟我約會。
