記者今天從廣東省國家安全機關(guān)證實，廣東近日破獲一起由境外間諜機關(guān)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)勾聯(lián)策反境內(nèi)人員，竊取中國軍事秘密的案件。

據(jù)中國新聞網(wǎng)周日報道，中國南部廣東省國家安全機關(guān)破獲了一起由境外間諜機關(guān)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)勾聯(lián)策反境內(nèi)人員，竊取中國軍事秘密的案件。

foreign intelligence agencies是境外間諜機關(guān)；steal military secrets是竊取軍事機密。
案犯李某（surnamed Li）因泄露機密級軍事秘密（disclose highly classified documents）13份，秘密級軍事秘密（classified military secrets）10份，被判處有期徒刑10年（receive a 10-year jail sentence）。
李某受境外間諜（foreign spy）“飛哥”指示，成為境外間諜情報機關(guān)的竊密工具，長期為其訂購和提供境內(nèi)內(nèi)部軍事刊物（subscribe to internal military publications），并對重要軍事基地進行長期定點定時觀察（monitor important military bases），大量軍事基地動態(tài)情況和軍事裝備（crucial military equipment installations）的照片通過他的手流向境外，對國家軍事安全造成嚴重威脅（a serious threat to the country's military security）。
據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，2007年以來，“飛哥”利用“網(wǎng)上書店”、軍事愛好者網(wǎng)站（a military enthusiasts' community）等網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道，在廣東省策反運用12人，在全國范圍內(nèi)更有20多個省市40名境內(nèi)人員被“飛哥”策反運用，提供軍事情況（provide military information）。
