One. How many people attended the annual general meeting this year?
一 今年有多少人參加年度股東大會(huì)？
Man： Sarah, you were at the AGM, weren’t you? What were the numbers like? I heard they were expecting over a hundred and eighty people.
男：莎拉，你參加了年度股東大會(huì)，是嗎？有多少人？我聽(tīng)說(shuō)他們預(yù)計(jì)有一百八十人。
Woman： Oh, I read the report, and it said there were approximately two hundred and fifty there, which is a lot more than the last one, when there were just over a hundred.
女：哦，我看了報(bào)告，上面說(shuō)大約有二百五十個(gè)人，比上次的多很多，當(dāng)時(shí)只有一百多人。
Man： And what were the speakers like?
男：講話的人怎么樣？

Man: Good morning. I'm starting a temporary job in the Production Department today ...could you tell me where that is?

Woman: All new employees have to report to the Security Office before starting work, so I’ll take you there and then show you into the Presentation Room... there’s an introductory talk for new staff. You’ll go to your departments at about ten.
