Someday when you look back over your life you'llrealize that nearly all of your worries and anxious fears never came to fruition – they were completely unfounded. So why not wake up and realize this right now. When you look back over the last few years, how many opportunities for joy did you destroy with needless worry and negativity? Although there's nothing you can do about these lost joys, there’s plenty you can do about the ones that are still to come.
有天當你回頭看,你會發現以前所有的擔心和焦慮似乎都沒有發生過——它們根本就不會發生。所以現在就該醒醒,意識到這點啦。回想最近的這些年,擔心和消極會害你錯過了多少快樂的機會?雖然對那些已經錯過的快樂你無能為力,但是面對未來,你還有無限機會。
You will find that it's necessary to let some things go simply for the reason that they're heavy on your heart and soul. Let go ofthem. Don't clamp shackles to your own ankles. It’s incredibly easy to enjoymore of your life right now, no matter what the situation. It's just a matterof letting go of the layers of nonsense that are weighing you down. When yous tart peeling them off and simply appreciating everything for what it is, life can be wonderfully fulfilling.
把那些壓在你心頭和腦海中的事情都放下吧,這真的十分必要。放手吧。別再給自己的臉上添皺紋了。好好的享受現在的生活,無論處境如何,把那些沒有意義的事情都丟一邊好了,輕裝上陣吧。當你學著放下這些,欣賞身邊的所有事情,生活又會變得多姿多彩了。
