1. in the form of ：以......的形式
講解：在文中有個現在分詞winning修飾form，winning的意思是“勝利的”。那么in the winning form直譯為“以勝利的形式”，意譯為“以勝利則會的姿態”。要表示“以取勝于某人的姿態”，在短語的后面接介詞of，再接這個人的名字，文中說到的in the winning form of Robert Dudley。
例句：I'd rather take care of the stomachs of the living than take care of the glory of the dead in the form of stone memorials.

2. the problem with...：......的問題
講解：表示......的問題，用到problem這個詞時，后面的介詞一定是with，不能用of等其他的介詞。
例句：We' ve got a problem with the car it won' t start !

發動機出什么故障了?
We have a problem with our living arrangements.

3. have no intention：無意，沒有意向
講解：表示無意向做某事，可以在短語的后面加上介詞of，一定是of，然后再加名詞或動名詞短語等，即：have no attention of something( or doing something )。
例句：We have no intention of lying down under these absurd allegations.
對這些荒謬的指控我們是不甘受辱的。
They have no intention of seeking truth from facts, but only a desire to curry favor by claptrap.
他們無實事求是之意，但是有嘩眾取寵之心。
