Andy: Yummy. Come on, take a bite.

Gabriel: What is it? Looks very suspicious to me.

Andy: You should go the Maori Kai festivals. Kai is the Maori word for food. These festivals showcase the best natural local foods.

Gabriel: Food festivals? I like that idea. Is Maori food very different from ours?

Andy: The Maoris have great love and respect for their land, so they cook their food in the ground. You can taste seafood, wild pork, shellfish and snails on these festivals.
