B: Because I am looking for a larger scope to develop my ability.

B: Frankly speaking, I'm very interested in your company's training program. And your company is outstanding in this field in China.

A: What makes you think you would be successful in this position?

B: I think my college school training combined with my last two years' experience could qualify me for this particular job. I am sure I can do it well.
