Clerk: What can I do for you?

Lady: I'm sorry. but this is the first time I've ever come here, so I don't really know my way around your store.

Clerk: What are you looking for? Maybe I can point you in the right direction.

Lady: I'd like to buy some ladies' wear.
女士：我想買女裝。
Clerk: That would be on the second floor right at the top of the escalator directly in front of you as you get off. You'll
see ladies' casual wear right there and off to-the left is ladies' formal wear.

Lady: Oh, thank you. By the way, do you have after-sales service here?
