all that指物品時表示非常特別;指人時,如果是說自己,說明對自己評價過高,如果是說別人,可能是夸獎,也可能含有貶抑,要根據語境來考慮.
e.g. He kept on talking about his new car, but actually it isn't all that. 他經常提起他的新車,實際上它并沒有他說的那么好.
