[1] Thank you so much for your kind invitation to address『向……作（正式）講話』the Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon at 12 p. m. September 9, at the Mayors’ Building on the subject of “The Place of Expert Systems in Business During the Next Decade.” I am pleased to accept your invitation.
[1] 承蒙盛情邀請我于9月9日12時在商會每月一次的午宴上致辭，不勝感謝。午宴地點在市長大廈，題目為“今后十年內專家制度在商業中的地位”。我很高興地接受你們的邀請。

[2] This is a topic that is uppermost『最重要的；最顯著的；（作副詞）處于最突出的地位』in the minds of many businesses these days as a matter of urgent business survival. Yet it is also a topic about which there is much misunderstanding. I hope to generate『產生，發生（電、熱、光等）』more light than heat in my remarks. I plan to take about twenty-five minutes for the main part of my address and would like to have questions from the floor for the rest of the time allowed to me.
