現在我來介紹一下中國的世界文化遺產。中國是一個古老而文明的國家，有悠久的歷史、燦爛的文化、壯麗的山河。//

在中國的國土上，自然與地理環境多姿多彩，東西南北風光迥異，良好的地理環境造就了無數的天然名勝。//

漫長的歷史，為中華民族留下了豐厚而珍貴的文化遺產和自然遺產，它不僅屬于中華民族，也是全人類的寶貴財富。//

目前這些文化和自然遺產正日益受到破壞的威脅，主要是因為年代久遠所致，同時也有些人為因素。這些都應該引起我們的高度重視。

Now, I'd like to give you a brief introduction to the World Heritage Sites in China. China is a country with an age-old history, a brilliant civilization, and magnificent landscapes.

On this land, China enjoys diverse and beautiful natural and geographical conditions, and landscapes with the varied features of north, east, south and west. Such excellent geographical conditions have produced many natural scenic spots.

The rich and precious cultural and natural heritages left by China' s long history are assets for both the Chinese nation and the rest of the world.

Today, however, these cultural and natural heritages are threatened by the increasing damages mainly caused by their own old age and some by man-made damage, to which we should pay high attention.
