Youare a mountain flaming with red leaves,

Sadnessand joy confounded at dusk;

Youare forest shadow, evening breeze

Anddarkness on the way home.

Youare the wild goose keeping its promise,

Anunexpected meeting in the street;

Youare delightful laughter, brilliant light,

Anight capped with a show of fireworks.

Youare translucent white sculpture,

Deepsleep illumined by good fortune;

Youare a subtle fragrance, you are flowers,

Thegenerosity of selfless Nature.

Youare a complaint without a reason,

Painfullonging on a gloomy rainy day;

Youare a cool moon, remote star,

Theabyss too mysterious to fathom.
