Danny boy《丹尼少年》，愛爾蘭民謠，原是一個世紀前，一位愛爾蘭父親寫給即將從軍的兒子，告訴他說，當你下次回來的時候，我大概已經躺在墳里，就像整個夏天的過去，花朵的凋零，就像你現在要走，也不能挽留。后來，作者又加上第四段，才使得這首歌由父子間的決別，變成了好似情人的分手。 照愛爾蘭民歌的原始意味，這首歌是寫父子之情，Danny Boy最后尋找到的，是父子之愛。這個版本的中文歌詞也很感人也更加富有詩意。歌中寫情人在生死線外，幽明永隔，死者不已，生者含悲，纏綿凄涼，令人難忘……
