Ladies and Gentlemen,
晚上好！很榮幸能邀請到吉拉尼總理出席今天的活動。首先，我謹向總理閣下和各位來賓致以親切的問候。
Asslam-o-Alikum! It is our great honor to have His Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan to be with us here today. First let me extend sincere greetings to His Hon. PM and all the guests here at Friendship Centre.
這些天是十分特殊的日子。不到兩周，我們就將迎來中巴建交60周年。吉拉尼總理閣下不久將正式訪華，同中國領導人和中國人民共同歡慶富有重要意義的建交日。在此，我衷心祝愿總理閣下訪華取得圓滿成功。
These days are special because in less than two weeks we will ring in the 60th anniversary of our diplomatic relations. His Hon. PM will soon pay an official visit to China to celebrate this significant day with the Chinese leaders and people. Here I wish His Hon. PM's visit to China a full success.
中國和巴基斯坦是好鄰居、好朋友、好伙伴、好兄弟。兩國友誼源遠流長，深入人心。建交60年來，在兩國歷代領導人和各界有識之士的精心培育下，在兩國政府和人民的共同努力下，中巴建立了高質量的戰略合作伙伴關系，雙方在各領域、各層次的友好交流合作卓有成效，共同為維護本地區及世界的和平、穩定做出了積極貢獻。我們為有巴基斯坦這樣偉大而真誠的朋友深感自豪。中國政府和人民十分珍視中巴友誼，無論國際和地區形勢如何變化，中巴友好都不會動搖。我們相信，在未來的60年里，在雙方共同努力下，中巴友誼將不斷煥發新的生機與活力。
China and Pakistan are good neighbours, good friends, good partners and good brothers. The friendship between our two countries has a long history. Over the past 60 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties, thanks to the care and support from successive leaders and men of insight on both sides and the joint efforts of the governments and peoples of our two countries, we have established a high-quality strategic partnership of cooperation and carried out productive exchanges and cooperation in various fields and at different levels, making joint contribution to peace and stability in the region and beyond. We are proud of having such a great and sincere friend as Pakistan. The Chinese government and people deeply cherish the friendship between us. No matter how the international and regional situation might evolve, such a friendship will not change. I'm confident that, with the joint efforts of both sides, China-Pak friendship will continue to display new vigor and dynamism in the coming 60 years.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
過去60年里，勤勞、勇敢、智慧的巴基斯坦人民團結奮斗，自強不息，不斷探索符合自身國情的發展道路，在建設國家的事業中取得了顯著成就，在國際反恐事業中做出了重要貢獻，贏得了并應得到國際社會普遍贊譽和尊重。在此，我衷心祝愿巴基斯坦政府和人民在各項事業中取得更大的成就。
Over the past 60 years, the people of Pakistan, with their wisdom, courage and diligence, have made hard and unremitting efforts in exploring a development path that suits their own national conditions, achieved notable success in the course of national development and made important contributions in the international counter-terrorism campaign, all of which have won it and should win it wide recognition and respect of the international community. Here, I sincerely wish the government and people of Pakistan even greater success in future endeavors.
