總理—— premier
國務院—— the State Council
第N屆—— the Nth Session of
assembly多指一個通常有許多人參加、計劃好的，為某一特殊目的而召集的會議。

主席先生，
各位同事：

Mr. President,
Dear Colleagues,

中國是聯(lián)合國大家庭中的一員，中國的發(fā)展變化受到國際社會的高度關注。我愿就如何認識一個真實的中國，談談我的看法。

China is a member of the big family of the United Nations, and China's development and changes have attracted worldwide attention. I wish to take this opportunity to share with you my observations on how one should get to know the real China.

【注】：
國際社會—— 這里就簡單的譯為 worldwide, 如果譯為international communities 反而顯得羅嗦，不如worldwide/ global 簡潔
愿意就...問題談談看法—— wish/ want to take this oppotunity to share with you my observations on/ ideas about/ opinions on

上句中的share with sb. sth句型很簡單，但是很強大，各處都能用上
