Actually, true self-confidence is neither born nor an overnight acquisition. It is a habit that everyone can cultivate in life. Try these simple tips to drill and enhance the extent of your confidence:

1. Build your confident vocabulary.

Commonly, optimistic speech makes an active implication to your confidence. So please abandon all the passive words and quit continuously condemning or confessing your defects. Learn to highlight your advantage and faculty.
通常，樂觀的話語會對自信心產(chǎn)生積極的暗示作用。因此，請拋棄所有消極詞語，不要因自己的缺點不停地自責或懺悔，要學會強調(diào)自己的優(yōu)點和能力。
2. Acknowledge your flaw calmly.

Do not try to flee from it or conceal it. Confront it bravely and have a definite definition of it. Then utter it to a reliable mate, a friend or a comrade. Combat with it everyday until the day when you could chip it away and conquer it.
