I think a good teacher should understand the psychology of students. It doesn't matter how much knowledge the teacher has. But he or she should be good at teaching students how to learn. And a good teacher should be honest and sincere.
我認為一個好老師需要懂得學生的心理。一個老師知識少并不要緊，但他必須擅長教會學生怎樣去學習。一個好老師應該誠實并且真誠。

I think being a teacher is a noble and respectable career in China. The status of teachers is increasing. Teachers' incomes are much higher than before. I think these advantages promote more people to choose this career.
我認為老師是一個高尚且受尊敬的職業。老師們的地位在不斷提高。老師的收入比過去提高很多。我想這些有利條件促使很多人選擇老師這個職業。

The schools are mostly state-owned in China. They are public schools funded by the state.There are some private schools now,including primary schools and colleges. They are more expensive. There are fewer students in these schools.
在中國大部分學校是公立的。它們都是由國家投入資金。現在也出現了一些私立小學和民辦大學，費用比較昂貴。只有一小部分學生進這類學校。
