There is a difference between emotional and psychological wellness.

Many people don't think so. They believe that both show the fact that a person does not have emotional and psychological illness.
很多人不這樣認為。他們認為兩者都是指一個人沒有情感和心理疾病。
However, other people think that emotional health means the feelings people have when their situation is changed.
而有些人認為情感健康是指人們所處環境發生變化時產生的不同情感。
These feelings, such as anger, jealousy, joy, disappointment, compassion and sympathy are familiar healthy emotions.
這些情感中常見的包括憤怒、嫉妒、喜悅、失望、憐憫以及同情。
Different people have different responses to change.
每個人面對改變會有不同的反應。
And such difference shows each persons values.
這些不同能夠表明人們的價值觀。
People feel good about their responses if they have healthy emotions.
如果一個人情感健康，他會對自己做出的反應滿意。
Those who are less emotionally well feel negative about their responses.
情感不是完全健康的人則會對自己的反應感到不滿。
In contract to emotional health, some people think that psychological health refers to more widely to the development and functioning of a wide range of mental abilities, such as language, memory, perception etc.
相對于情感健康，一些人認為心理健康所致更為寬泛，即人的心理能力及其的形成，比如語言、記憶力、感知等。
For example, if a person believes that government agents are following him, he has faulty perception. So he would be considered not psychologically healthy.
比如，如果一個人認為政府派特工跟蹤他，那他的感知是有問題的。這就被認為屬于心理不健康。
If a person is psychologically healthy, he would deal rationally with the world and he will have a fully functional personality and resolve conflicts constructively.
如果一個人擁有健康的心理，他會理性面對生活，具有完善的個性特征并能積極地處理問題。
